When do I hand over my passport number?

Not in this form. Once we receive your request we send you a payment link, and only after payment clears do we collect your passport details — in a separate secure step, solely to issue the pass. They are not used for anything else.

How quickly does the pass arrive?

Within 30 minutes of payment being confirmed, between 09:00 and 23:00 Istanbul time, by email and WhatsApp. Requests that come in outside those hours are processed at 09:00 the next morning and delivered within 30 minutes.

What does €19.99 cover?

One lounge visit for one person. The pass is valid for one year from the date it is issued, so you can use it on any day within that period. Once used, it closes. Everyone travelling with you needs their own pass.

Does it work at every airport?

Lounge networks and availability differ from airport to airport, so we confirm your specific airport after receiving your request. If no suitable lounge is available there, we do not take payment — and refund in full if we already have.

I am on a domestic flight. Can I still get in?

Most lounges serve both domestic and international terminals, but some sit only in the international zone. When you pick your airport we tell you in writing which terminal and area the pass covers.

Do children need their own pass?

Most lounges admit under-2s free of charge and require a separate pass from age 2 upwards. Tell us their ages and we will confirm how many passes that particular lounge requires.

How do cancellations and refunds work?

Cancel before the pass is sent and you get a full refund. After it is sent, you can request a refund within 14 days as long as it has not been used. Used passes are not refundable.

Lounge access is personal: the pass is issued against the name in your passport, and staff at the door check the two match. If the spelling differs, the lounge may refuse entry. That is why the name has to be written exactly as it appears in your passport.
